The challenge
As an extension of Planned Parenthood’s organization and mission, Kaleido Health Solutions provides online solutions for sexual and reproductive healthcare. Kaleido needed help establishing their own brand experience that was both separate from and deeply aligned with Planned Parenthood.
The solution
What started as a simple website project turned into a multi-project and long-term engagement with the Kaleido team. We helped them find their voice and establish their brand experience with logo and identity materials, strategic positioning, and creative messaging. After creating a friendly and simple website, our team turned to their telehealth app by establishing product management and agile (or dare we say nimble?) development processes. We also contributed to user-experience design and instructional copy, successfully pulling through the brand experience into the app itself.
